Log Bin

We love this basket! It keeps the wood bits off the floor and holds a decent amount of wood and looks nice sitting on the hearth. The metal mesh sides are sturdy and the whole thing seems well made.

I am very picky. I chose this basket specifically because I didnt Want to have a lot of little pieces of wood and dust and particles coming out of the basket onto my floor to clean up. The holes in the mesh that make the basket are small enough that it looks like it will be perfectly able to Do this. I found this basket at a well-known retailer for quite a bit more money. I also like the matte black finish which goes perfectly with my other fixtures. The only concern I have is that the handle attachments look like they are rather weak. Someone else mentioned this in another review and I think there is a workaround thats possible but would require a little bit of machining or perhaps a weld.
