Lodge Pre-Seasoned 5 Inch Cast Iron Skillet with Assist Handle, L5MS

ALL my cast iron is LODGE. This little skillet is a GEM. I didn't know they were made this "one-egg" size!! Perfect for a single person in a small kitchen, and it fits into other small appliances (like the pancake maker) so I can use it as a bigger pot for a taller pancake!). Pre-seasoned, easy to clean, easy to use (Street Tortillas fit perfectly) for a lot of recipes, what more could you ask for?? I may have to buy a second one to gift to a favorite friend.

Perfect size for 1 egg! I love this tiny skillet! At first I thought it was too small and felt like I had made a mistake with such a small skillet, but after about a half dozen eggs, the seasoning process was just getting good. Eggs were easily flipped and when cooked slid right out of the pan. I usually go ahead and cook 6 at a time and have great leftovers to make sandwiches or add an egg to a dish. So easy to care for too. Just wipe it with a dry paper towel and add a few drops of fresh olive oil, then put it away in the oven until next time.
