ALL my cast iron is LODGE. This little skillet is a GEM. I didn't know they were made this "one-egg" size!! Perfect for a single person in a small kitchen, and it fits into other small appliances (like the pancake maker) so I can use it as a bigger pot for a taller pancake!). Pre-seasoned, easy to clean, easy to use (Street Tortillas fit perfectly) for a lot of recipes, what more could you ask for?? I may have to buy a second one to gift to a favorite friend.

Lodge is always worth choosing
This is the size you'll want for one egg or, mainly, for individual desserts. So many people buy the tiny, 3 1/2 inch spoon rest size then complain. This Lodge pan is perfect for individual portions and carries the same Lodge quality as any of the larger pans. And it will last longer than any of us if cared for properly.
