Lockdown In Plain Sight Shelf Oak Stained

Well constructed shelf with sturdy hardware. I like the finish. The drop down shelf is smooth. The light functions well but isn't terribly bright. I don't think I'd want a super bright light anyway so it is just the righ brightness for me. The magnetic locking mechanism is slightly finicky but works perfectly. The only thing is that my Milwaukee 12v hammer drill broke off the 2 fastener heads. I had to replace the fasteners with a stronger pair. I made sure to not over torque them and there wasn't any impression or deformation in the wood so I know I didn't over tighten them. I believe the fasteners may have been best hand tightened. But I'm lazy and used a hammer driver without pre drilling the wood stud. No biggie still 5 stars.
