Many imported honeys from foreign countries (including some organic honey) have been found to be mislabeled or even diluted with other sweeteners. Local Hive Honey is always bottled raw & unfiltered to keep the delicate flavors from the pollen inside intact. This can lead to graininess, discoloration, or crystallized (hardened) honey. All of these are natural and are signs of high-quality honey. If your honey is granulated or crystallized, it has not necessarily spoiled. Place it in 110º warm water until it reliquifies.
