Great pasta substitute!

I think this product is great, and haven't seen it listed on other bariatric stores. There is no overbearing flavor but you get the sensation and fullness of eating real pasta. My husband, who is not a bariatric patient, got terrible heartburn from it though and will not eat them again. I had no issues at all.
