These are adorable sweatshirts. The ruffled sleeves make these a little more fun and a little more dressy than a normal crew neck sweatshirt. The quality is good and these wash up nicely. The sweatshirts are on the thinner side and the inside is not soft/fuzzy - these are good sweatshirts to transition into Fall. I would say these are true to size. My daughter is a true 18 months. I bought the 2T size, and they are just a bit big on her yet. I have purchased the Little Star Organic brand several times and am always satisfied with the quality and the little "flair" details they add.
