Use twice daily after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste
Vigorously swish 10 mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out
Do not swallow the rinse
Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing
Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision
Children under 12 years of age: consult a dentist or doctor

This has peroxide in it so I would tell you to expect your mouth to fizz. If you ever put peroxide on a cut....there is fizz. It's working at cleaning. When I first started using it, I felt a lot like some of the comments some people have made about how it fizzed or foamed or however they described there experience. I wasn't sure I'd like to continue it either, but I always try to give the product a chance. I love it now. Since I've been using it for over a year, it doesn't fizz as much. It depends on the bacteria in the mouth. Also it helps heal my gums when I get cuts from chewing on chips, or something hard....or blisters from burning the roof of my mouth on something hot. It works extremely well on healing. So try it and give it a chance first before giving up on it.
