bad shipping glass broken

the product itself is good that's why i reordered i don't remember how the first order was packaged but it got to me intact my reorder of (3) items came in a regular manilla envelop no padding no protective wrap on items one was crushed the others leaking i don't know how the seal is broken i won't open the cap to see and possibly get cut i tried to start a return/refund it said "refund only" who would want broken glass returned then when i clicked on continue it asked "how i would like to return" heavens make up your mind NO i can NOT package up broken glass ( besides the mess in now in the trash) so now i am out $23.04 plus tax
