Cheap and easy fix for broken Learn button
This unit was easy to install and saved us a boat load of money. The garage door keypad failed after many years and replacing the batteries did not work. We purchased a new key pad but the Learn button on the garage door motor was not functioning. The motor still worked; the door button still worked; the remote control and the car remote control both worked. Once installed, this conversion kit allowed the keypad to work without changing the function of any other working part. We had feared we would need to install at the least a new garage door motor.
