I was excited to find a favorite discontinued lipstick so I ordered 2 of them . When I received my order there was only one in the package . I called right away and spoke to Mohamed in customer service and explained the issue that I bought and paid for 2 items but received only 1 . He assured me I would be refunded the price of the missing item until he saw these were purchased by a 3 rd party seller on Walmarts web site . I was told Walmart had to contact the seller first and the seller had 24 hours to respond back . If no response then Walmart would refund me for the missing item .Well it's been over a month . No refund , no response from anyone so buyer beware in 3rd party purchases . I'm evidently out about 21 bucks for an item I didn't receive and both Walmart and the seller don't care … lesson learned …
