Easy to assemble and looks great!

I've assembled more items than I can recall but I've never had to use a drill to get them to go together until this one. The holes for the barrel nuts in the top back rail were too shallow so the bolts wouldn't go into the nuts. Had to drill the holes deeper (about 1/8"). Also the pilot holes for the back screw on both basket slide rails were in the wrong place (too far back) so I had to drill a new pilot hole for each of those screws. The holes for the dowel on the top back rail and the back edge of the stainless steel top didn't line up so I had to omit the dowel on the back as it was making the top back rail bow. The wooden caps that cover the bolt holes are a little snug and wouldn't snap in so needed a hammer to persuade them. I used some of the foam packing sheets that it was shipped in to pad the finish on the caps. (Another negative about this product was the packing materials. Way too much styrofoam, which is hard to dispose of responsibly in my area.) Once I had it assembled (whew!) it's a very nice little cart just perfect for a microwave (why I bought it). Seems sturdy for the purpose. Would have given it 5 stars except for the trouble assembling it and the extra hassle of disposing of so much styro. I'd recommend it only to those who own a drill, with the above caveats.
