The top was damaged when we received it. We called the company to have it replaced. They shipped us a new top but it was the wrong color (even though they got all the information they needed from my us when we called). It didn't look too bad with a different color top, so we went with it. However, we did not realize the holes for the dowels were in a different place on the replacement top part; so i re-drilled the holes. Thankfully that worked too. But when installing the doors/hinges the holes for the bottom hinge on the left side panel were not in the correct location (the top and bottom could not be installed - it was just completely wrong) .. They were about a 1/4 inch too low on the bottom; so i re-drilled these holes as well .. Thankfully the wrong holes were low enough that i could re-drill lower holes without an issue of them being too close and not getting a tight screw and the extra holes were not too visible. They also have door catches with pre-drilled holes but the precision/quality of the product is so bad these didn't align (on the side that I did not even do any re-drilling of any holes).. I completely re-did these with magnetic catches i bought later (it comes with the clunky roller kind). The product looks good ("rustic look") but the quality/precision was horrible. And the company cannot control the damaged piece during shipment but they could control the shipment of the replacement piece of the proper color. And considering it's a piece of furniture i had to assemble and eventually it snowballed into me re-drilling holes, etc to make it work, it would not have been an easy return. I am glad that we actually like the look and once i got it assembled it seems like a solid piece of furniture - all things considered.

I have bought many furniture like items and out together. This is by far the most AWFUL experience ever. The holes for the screws arent lining up. No matter how 'tight' you screw them in the cabinet is wobbly. This cabinet is a totally waste of money for sure. The instructions are photos only, no printed out words of directions at all. This piece should be discontinued and remade
