Over Promise, Under Deliver

I didn't receive this order in a timely manner,when it did arrive, the box was mangled. Overall, it was easy to assemble. All pieces were included, yet the manuals lacked specifics that it needed charged before use, how long that would take, or how long one charge would last. During first use, it didn't glide easily when pushed. The blue belt on the bottom seems to be the reason for that. The additional suction and sweeping attachments don't seem to fit or do what they should. i contacted the manufacturer who have tried to help but product is better in theory, not design or functionality.
