Awesome! Only used once so can't say much about durability but it's perfect for the beach. Super easy to assemble and a little tricky to pack up by yourself when windy but other than that it is exactly what I needed, also removing sand from it was easy. 3 adults and a baby fit comfortably inside, legs stick it out a little if you're laying down.

The sun tent is great for protecting oneself from the intensity of the sun at high altitudes (Rocky Mountains) and would probably be helpful at sea level. It is constructed in one piece (except for the stakes) so you don't have tent parts blowing away in the wind. However, the instructions are not helpful on how to collapse and refold the tent to go back in its nifty carrying case. A tag with the instructions on how to refold are sewn onto the tent (so they can't blow away either) but neither the images nor the text were of any help. A PhD offered to help me and gave up in disgust. By wrangling the tent into a figure 8 and then folding it in half, I was able to approximate how it was configured when it arrived. Most impressive was that the tent arrived a full week earlier than projected. And, it was in a surprisingly flat/slim package. Now, after trying it out, the re-folded version is about 3" tall.
