Life saver
Glucosamine Chondroitin is a life saver when it comes to my knee pain. I hurt my knee years ago and once in awhile, especially in the winter, I'll get pain that keeps me from doing everyday activities. Once that pain starts I start taking the osteo bi-flex. Within 2-3 days, I'm back to normal. Game changer if you have joint pain.
