Southern Flavors
If you like southern flavors, and don't have the time for slow cooking/braising, you will want to at least try Glory Foods various items. I find them just as delicious as what I had when visiting (and for a short time) living in the south. You can always tweak them with additional" andouille sausage" or "bay seasonings".

I love red beans and rice, but don't usually have time to make it from scratch. The Glory Co. turns out a superior product with as close to homemade as you are going to find in a can. Just give it a squirt of hot sauce (Tabasco preferred) and you've got something delicious.

I thought I would give the red beans and rice a try. I've tried others. No one has been able to make them to my liking coming from a can. Totally loved them,,,,might be a Little bit spicy so I added a little sour cream and it was perfect. Use for a side dish or topping. I DO not cook so I consumed alone w/a small salad. Jj
