The Estroven brand is much better than the generic Walmart brand. The generic made me feel jittery and anxious after taking it. I only purchased it because the store was out of stock on the Estroven brand. Excellent product, very surprised at how well it works. A great substitute because of natural ingredients opposed to prescription that has side affects.

Winter before last, I hit "that age". For the most part it wasn't so bad, and during the winter it was easy enough to deal with the hot flashes, but oh boy when summer hit it was a different story altogether! I desperately tried one product after another, and patiently gave each one a couple of months to work. Nothing helped until I found this particular type of Estroven (Mood Boost). I don't know whether it's one of the ingredients in it that's not in the other types and other products, or the combination in this one, but it's been an absolute game changer! It DID take about 6 weeks to kick in, but I've been almost entirely hotflash- and nigtsweat-free since then (yes, they do come up once in a great while when I'm extra sleep-deprived and/or extra stressed out). I'm very grateful for this product! It's improved my quality of life (and quality of SLEEP!) tremendously!
