Works perfect! I replaced a 20 year old wall controller with a broken open button and to fix a opening issue with a remote. Very easy to install, just remove the old controller off the opener's wires and connect the wires back into the new controller, done! Both problems have been resolved and functioning like new. Great product, comes with new screws. I would highly recommend this!
