It worked for my child. It's not just a one time use and done you do have to re apply it in a couple days to make sure everything is gone. The comb is best to use after you have washed your child's hair. Once the hair is wet and you use the brush everything should slide off. Def. Recommend.

The smell is terrible but the ease and convenience of using it makes the smell seem like a non factor. The instructions were very easy to follow and my kid liked that all she had to do was let it dry. We had a super lice break out and we used other products and home remedies to no avail.
