A bit runny, but the toasted flavor is very good

This Lior Tahini is a lot like Mighty Sesame Co tahini in that both products are from Israel, which I like. The consistency is on the runny side, much like Mighty Sesame Co creamy squeezable, which I don't like as I'm more used to a thicker paste-like consistency, like a spreadable, natural peanut butte. I enjoy it on a Wasa Crispbread cracker for an evening snack, but I can only put on a small amount so it doesn't run off of the cracker. This is fine for adding to chickpeas to make hummus. I made sure to use a butter knife and stir these butters tend to settle, with the thick stuff on the bottom. I then refrigerate to keep it in suspension and prevent settling. It makes it a bit thicker that way.
