Bad customer service.
We liked the bed frame so much we ordered a second one. However the second bed frame arrived damaged. When I tried to get it replaced they did not recognize my second purchase a month earlier and refused to send a replacement part telling me the warranty had expired which was correct for the first purchase but not the second purchase. I'm still trying to get them to respond.

I hit the return it's a contact the seller I contact the seller 48 hours pass by another 48 hours pass by call Walmart they said there's nothing they can do I thought I was buying the product from Walmart website not a third-party I would not have ever bought something that I could not return from Walmart I'm waiting on the news station to return my call to see if they can help me get my money back. if you are having a problem with returns from Walmart, contact your local new station and see if you can get help from them the more people complain.
