My mother has a daily regimen of medications, so this was absolutely perfect for her. The main flap opens when you stretch away the elastic strap, which then gives you access to each of the day's slots. The organizer plastic tray is neat because it has a magnetic feature that secures it onto the fabric cover, which makes for very easy removal and re-attachment.

This pill organizer is perfect for keeping AM and PM pills safe and easy to access. One side of the case is a light yellow green and the other side is darker blue. The colors make a good visual to distinguish morning and night medications. The pill holder has two magnets on the back that hold it securely. I appreciate how easy the holder is to get in and out of the case. The case is gray on the outside with blue stitching and black on the inside. There is a wide elastic band that goes around the case to keep everything in place. It is permanently attached so there is no chance of losing it. There is a pocket inside the case with a card that you can fill out with identification and allergy information. The holder has a total of 14 compartments. Each compartment is quite large. I put 5 pills in and had plenty of room to add more. I am very pleased with how easy this case is to use and the quality and thought that went into designing it.
