Levi's Men's Big & Tall Sherpa Trucker Jacket

Picture it: 1986, a young man loans his Levi's winter coat to his high school girlfriend. She never gives it back, instead, marrying him, traveling with him as he served in the Army, and giving him three kids. When their oldest child is in middle school, she finds that same coat while looking for something else in a closet. Weirdly, it seems to have shrunk sitting in that closet and no longer fits him. The girl happily wears the "old school" coat through high school. Over the years, that no-longer-young man can't find the right Levi's winter jacket. He settles on a slightly different version, with a zipper instead of snaps. Years go by... his wife, that same girl he gave the original jacket to, finds this website while buying big flannel shirts for herself. LO AND BEHOLD!! She finds the exact right jacket. Nearly identical in every way. AND IT COMES IN LARGER SIZES! She rejoices and secretly buys one in 2XL for him for their 35th anniversary. The jacket arrived two weeks early, she couldn't wait and made him open the package. He rejoices! Not only is it the same style he loves, it has the usual snap closures he desperately needed for his military disability (no use of his right hand/arm from a stroke at age 28 from the first Gulf War). He's so excited for it that he actually let his wife take the photo included in this review.

This jacket is GREAT. It's very flattering and timeless. The jacket itself is very sturdy, you can tell it's well made and definitely very warm. Excited to be able to use it more often now that winter is on it's way.
