[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first pair of Levi's were shrink to fit back in the 70's when I was a teen. I've had at least a pair of 501's ever since. I'm much happier with the button fly than a zipper. Everyone should own at least one pair of 501s. Your wardrobe isn't complete without this essential element.

When work (Farrier-horse shoeing) indicated a need for a fresh pair, the older, worn pair still functioned great as casual jeans. Plus they were comfortable during their entire life cycle.
