I wanted an air fryer that was also a toaster so I went with model. So happy i did. It does so much and the price is good too. 2 year warranty is great too. I've baked, toaster, air fried and used the kept warm setting. I'm a widow and live alone so this is great for me with smaller amounts no need to heat up the whole house using the full size oven. Comes with everything you need.

Have not experienced any issues at all, love how it connects with Alexa such as asking Alexa to preheat toaster oven to 350. Temp appears to be spot on based on an oven thermometer. I've only had it a few weeks, so baking and air frying has been about it so far, both with perfect results.
