Baight my product just shy a year and no warranty , had some issue regarding and broke within year (happens) but having gone threw customer service, by far the best, no wasted time , no silly diagnostic 10/10 . Told phone rep they should create model for phone service lol

Great picture.. Easy Setup... Great value ..

This TV is darn nice, especially for the money.. We did much research before deciding on this TV and the research paid off, I think... After comparing various models and types and because all we want in a TV is picture quality for regular TV viewing, ease of use, this TV provided that and more.. This TV replaced a 10 year old Sony Bravia that we paid almost 2K for and the picture performance of this TV for about $350 is equal and someways better than the Sony... We can only hope it can last as long as the Sony... There are so many features with this TV found on more expensive models.. Buying it "on sale" also helps make this purchase worthwhile.. Setup was very easy... The only glitch is some of our personal settings made during setup tend to return to default.. Mainly the CC (closed captioning) comes on when we switch to Roku and the sound switches from our setting of "speech" back to "standard"
