Shipping was quicker than expected. The item was received with no issues. It was packed VERY well! This vacuum was easy to set up and is pretty straightforward on how to use it. I upgraded from a vacuum I bought eons ago so when I turned it on and it was very quiet, I was afraid it didn't have much suction. I quickly realized that it did! I have a mix of hardwood and carpet and it does great on both! I always return it to the charging stand so I don't have any issues with it running out of charge while using it. It charges the backup battery while you're vacuuming too! I have even used it to vacuum out my car. So handy!! I would highly recommend this!

I love my LG vacuum. I am able to vacuum every day because it's easy to access. No cords, light weight, easy to charge and use and I leave it charged. It's easy to take apart to clean. I can't believe the dog hair and other dirt that gets picked up.

Great Cordless Vacuum

I have had this vacuum for at least 3 years... maybe longer. I have a very harry dog, an indoor cat and live in the country with lots of sand. A game changer is to keep the internals clean, I swap out the washable filter about every other week then clean the dirty one and allow it to dry. Canned air works great too. The inside comes apart easily for cleaning. I purchased because my sister recommended. She has a few year older model, it is still working well. I am in the market for one for my son- a house warming gift. I will only be purchasing an LG.
