I had some bug bites, they were VERY itchy and I was allergic to the bites.. This completely stopped the inching down to 90% of my bites. The second bath (the night after the 1st) completely removed the itching overall! I was hesitant on getting it because it's for "pre-workout" but if you have bug bites that you're allergic to definitely soak into a 15-minute bath with this!!

This pre and post workout Epsom salts is my favourite. I've tried others but they don't compare plus this one smells amazing like perfume and the bathroom smells sweet all wkn. I use 2 cups of Epsom salts in a bathtub of hot water after 3 to 4 nights of weightlifting. It helps with joint pain.

I have pain all day every day. I find to have little relief with much. I stumbled upon this while finishing up my online order. Also I've used epsom salt in the past and found little to no relief. Until this one. I'm so thankful I got it. My legs and back have been so achy and it helped tremendously. I made my husband take a bath to try it lol!! Definitely adding to my routine.
