ThinkPad T14s Gen 2 Intel (14”)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a DELL user for many years. Bought many Dell Latitude which worked well. I bought 3 XPS 13 and one XPS 15 and I had bad experience with the last two purchases. I had bad experience for warranty service with the second Dell XPS 13 and finally resolved through our state attorney general office ( they caused mechanical damage during service, remember taking pictures before shipping to DELL) . The second XPS 13 broke just one month after warranty ( I spent about $300 to replace the touchpad and keyboard this summer). My XPS 15 was bought last year and it had large noise, super heat and shut down by itself several times. This is my first time buying ThinkPad. It is very quiet, fast, and have not met any technical issues yet. I like it very much comparing to DELL.

Worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Th speed of this machine is something else and the responsiveness is just what I wanted. I can't attest to the durability but so far so good and given Lenovo's reputation, I expect6 durable machines.

Battery Life is Amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My job gave me a Lenovo Thinkpad for work and I absolutely fell in love. I was previously using a HP for my personal laptop but the battery life just wasn't cutting it for me and I had battery related issues within the warranty period. Using my ThinkPad became a 180 change. I didn't have to worry about not carrying my charger around everywhere, it had way more storage space, and just ultimately made my life easier. I loved it so much I replaced my personal HP with my own Lenovo.
