Works Great especially at this Price.

i gave 3 stars 2 things i do not use. i stay plugged in. set up sucked but that is because of Microsoft. The computer plays my games, no problem. i play classic wow but i got on my older names, the newer and more demanding maps. I did not like having to change my original "Tiger" names. but i do not like wow maps after about where the classic is. I did have to buy a keyboard cover from another business. for laptops, a good keyboard protector is a must. Walmart should carry them, suggest them, that way the buyer knows which of the many we actually need. The screen is bigger than my old laptop. I am very happy with this Laptop

Not True Lenovo Unit

Purchased this laptop end of July. Thought it was a decent price for 2TB HD, 64GB Ram and Windows 11 pro purchased through Walmart vice directly from Lenovo. Hard Drive failed within 4 months. Still under warranty I sent to Lenovo for repair. Lenovo contacted me stating the repair would cost $200 since the failed HD was not factory installed and an aftermarket HD, along with the operating system. Attempted several times to contact the seller, PCOnlineUS, but always got an answering machine stating office was closed and to leave a message. Please google PCOlineUS before making any purchase from this seller. Apparently this is their MO, upgrading with cheap parts. Lenovo did return the unit to factory specs (500GB HD and Windows 11 home) after paying for parts and labor. In the end I paid way more than I should for these specs. recommend purchasing directly from company rather than a reseller.
