Pretty good laptop runs smoothly easy to set up. I would recommend this for anyone The mouse pad is a little sensitive but I'm sure you can adjust it in settings. Good size screen doesn't really heat up but I've only used it for an hour or two at A time. Good battery life. It came in a big box so if it's left on your porch it's not in the shape of a laptop box

Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Flex 5i 14 model number 82HU003JUS. You can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad. We are pleased to hear that the Flex 5i 14 is working out so well for you.

I'M LOVIN' IT!

Absolutely impressed with Lenovo's laptop! The AMD Ryzen 3 processor is really fast. A similar product with Core i3 is also available but reviews said the one with AMD was much better and I am glad to have made the right decision. Build quality is excellent overall, althoough the plastic body does have some flex in the keyboard, but other than that the feel is pretty much premium quality. Fingerprint sensor works like a charm. Comes with built-in Amazon Alexa (with 90 days free amazon music), free 1 year Microsoft 365 subscription, and Windows 10 Home in S mode that can easily be opted out of. Both the touchscreen and the touchpad work great. Does not however come with the S pen. Just loving it!

Really better than I expected...Arrived today, and I got it all set up, upgraded to Windows 11, and then checked it out. It scored over 1700 on Novabench, which is my go to benchmarking program... very responsive, light weight, excellent graphics... I am very pleased, and I've been a Microsoft Certified Professional for more than 20 years... Windows S is a pain, but it's easy to switch to the full version.
