It feels like a shower curtain or the material is made from 80s Halloween costumes. The Ruffles around the neck k and arms are stiff. The dress doesn't flow around my body. I am an XL girl and have dresses flow around my thicker body and this one doesn't. I'll wash it with more fabric softener to see if that helps. I paid $8 so I should have known better that the picture doesn't match.
