This is the best seed I have used in awhile. Loosened soil, spread the seed by hand and covered with a thin layer of sterile straw. Was so-so with keeping it watered/moist. However the result is very good.

this arrived in good time and condition. I am waiting for warmer weather to plant this spring so I cannot speak to that at this time. I will say that I planted a similar seed a few years ago and had great success in keeping it green without a lot of mowing or fertilizer. Here's hoping I can do the same with this in my shaded yard.
