Very pretty but one size fits all doesn't always work for everyone. Unfortunately this doesn't fit me so I will be returning.

It was to small and plastic on the back broke.

I bought it for a little mermaid Halloween costume. It was to small, I ordered a medium and I am a size B/C. The plastic loop clip on the back instantly snapped when I tried to put it on, so I have to tie the back together. The color was perfect and the shoulder straps are adjustable, and so is the back but it was still to small on the back. When it gets wet it kinda turns a blueish purple. I do not recommend buying this.
