Perfect length

I am about 5'2" and capris always hit my ankle making me look awful but these hit right under my knee where capris should be. I ordered up a size after reading reviews but they are still tight. Keeping them because I am currently losing weight just hope they fit for summer. Last year I waited too long and all my jeans and capris were way too big.
