I've bought several of these blouses and they don't all fit the same, but it's not such a huge difference to be a problem. The most recent purchase ran a little larger than the others purchased earlier in the same size. They wash well and I noticed no significant shrinkage. Some may prefer to iron the blouse, but it's fine without ironing.
