Slightly thicker than regular soy, tastes the same

This is just regular soy sauce with a thickening agent in it, so if you add this while cooking instead of regular soy your food won't get so runny. It has no special flavor. Not sure if that slight difference is worth the higher price, especially since you can thicken your sauce with a bit of corn starch instead.
