Do not purchase these training DVD.
the teaching pace is way too fast. The instructor needs to learn how to really be a teacher. Not how fast he can go. It does not take into account the pace to instruct and practice time. Which I thought this would be. I am very very disappointed in these training DVDs. I will be asking and expecting refunds.
