Key item features

    • Locally Sourced Ingredients: Laurel & Flame Ultra-Premium Olympia PGI Organic Extra-Virgin Olive Oil is a blend of two olive varieties: Koroneiki, known as the Queen of olives, and Kolireiki, both are typical to the region of Ancient Olympia. This oil is ideal for beginners in the world of high-quality extra virgin olive oils due to its balanced taste, achieved by the inclusion of the lesser-known and milder Kolireiki variety. It is cold-pressed and made from olives harvested in 2023 (new harvest).
    • The highest polyphenol content on the market: This oil is rich in polyphenols (706 mg/kg), but not only. It has 60X MORE hydroxytyrosol polyphenols than an average olive oil, providing added health benefits such as cardiovascular health, skin health and anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. It is organically produced and comes from a 100% traceable single source anyone can actually tour when in Greece.
    • Premium Quality Assurance: Each box of this olive oil contains a unique QR code that provides valuable information to consumers. It allows access to details such as awards, geographic location, harvest date, lab reports, and food pairings. Additionally, the QR code serves as a proof of authenticity, guaranteeing that you are purchasing a genuine product. This ultra-premium olive oil comes from a small farm in Ancient Olympia, Greece, owned by the fourth generation of a family of olive oil makers.
    • Cold-Pressed Extraction: Laurel & Flame Olympian PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained through a cold-pressed extraction process, preserving natural flavors, nutrients, and beneficial biological compounds of the olives. During the harvesting season olives are pressed every 3-4 hours to guarantee the freshest olive oil possible.
    • Versatile Culinary Applications: Laurel & Flame Olympian PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a versatile ingredient that can enhance the flavor and nutritional profile of a wide range of dishes. Whether used for drizzling over salads, dipping bread, or cooking various recipes, this olive oil adds a delightful touch to your culinary creations. BEST EVOO in the World!

This is an excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil that I first tasted on the Olive Plantation itself in Greece. I was SO excited to learn I could order it from Walmart. This EVOO has an acidity rating of .3, which is consider medicinal quality. I could with it, use it as a moisturizer, and drink a tablespoon a day. The US does not use acidity as a qualifier for EVOO, but overseas only Olive Oil with acidity between .25 and .8 are considered EVOO. In the US, we cannot tell if our olive oil REALLY is EVOO, as no acidity rating is required. TRY THIS! it is excellent.

Amazing olive oil

I am so excited that I was finally able to find this olive oil. I would give it 10 stars if I could. If you have ever been to Greece or Italy, and tried olive oils there, you never forget the taste of true single-origin, farm-produced virgin olive oil. I tried so many different brands from Greece, Italy, Spain claiming to be organic olive oils, and was never able to have anything even close to the luxurious taste from estate-grown olives. Laurel and Flame Premium olive oil exceeded all of my expectations. It is not the olive oil for cooking. It is too good. It is for dipping bread, drizzling over sautered vegetables, or for salads. It is high in polyphenols, that gives this rich unforgettable taste of the Old World. LOVE IT! I feel very fortunate to have discovered this olive oil. Just buy it!
