The cutter wheel wiggles back and forth on it's axle, so you will likely get spiral cuts in your tubing. The item in the picture is the older style metal one with the double tubing reamers and the one you get will be the plastic one, with only one tubing reamer. It also says there is room in the cap for an extra cutter wheel, but the extra one does not come with the tool, so why bother telling you? Walmart should take these out of their stock and send them back to the vendor.
