I wish the website would let me order it!!!

The website does NOT work to place orders!!!! It's like you guys don't actually want to sell anything!!! Everytime I put in my address where I live, it always saves "put it in the requested format". There is NO requested format!!! It does NOT say how to enter it. It does NOT recognize apartment numbers or allow me to ship to my apartment!!! Why don't you allow shipping to apartment numbers????? I have ordered to this apartment for decades and NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES EXCEPT FOR THIS WEBSITE!!!!! Please let me order!
