Highly recommend.
I had a spider bite that had gotten really bad. The pharmacist recommended I use campho-phenique instead of cortisone cream because campho-phenique has anti-inflammatory properties and also helps with the itching. By the next day, that bite was WAY better. It does have a slight medicinal smell, but I don't notice it once I get it rubbed in. I highly recommend it.
