I was nervous to use stainless steel pans, but after learning how to use them I will never use anything else. I read the cleaning guide and it was so easy to clean them. You can put them in the dishwasher if you want but hand washing will help them last longer. To hand wash all you have to do is put hot water and soap in them shortly after pulling them off the stove and let it soak until cool. It cleans off like butter.
