HART Corded Spot Cleaner with Pet Accessory Tool & 51oz Tank

I reviewed so many different machines before finally deciding on this one (I'm obsessive about reading lots of reviews before purchasing anything.) So I received this unit and upon putting it together I discovered that the sprayer wand didn't work. There was no troubleshooting guide in the manual so I called customer service to see if they would walk me through troubleshooting. I got right through and the agent I spoke with was great. They didn't even bother troubleshooting, they just shipped me a brand new unit instead with no questions asked. The second unit arrived quickly and worked perfectly. I am impressed by how much suction power this little machine actually has. So far I have cleaned my entire sectional with it and also cleaned up a pet accident on carpeting. It was amazing how well it worked. And for the other reviews complaining how the wand sprays too wide, etc., uhm that's how every handheld shampooer has ever worked that I have owned. They are typically designed that way so you don't have to spray with every suction swipe so this isn't unusual by any means. The hose is a good length as well as the cord and they store up nicely on the unit. Overall I would say this is a great value for the money and I'm impressed.

I love the HART Spot Cleaner. I’m able to clean up any messes or accidents quickly and efficiently. I love the cute compact design. The handle makes it easy to carry from room to room. Very lightweight since it only weighs less than 9lbs. The suction on this spot cleaner is really powerful. I love that I can use it on my vehicles interior as well. It has a 14’ power cord and a 5 foot long reach hose. Easy to clean and flush out the machine to prevent any buildup of mildew. Use this product with the HART 32oz Pet Carpet Cleaning Formula. I’m very happy with this product and the powerful and portable clean end results.
