I absolutely love this product and have been useing it for years.At 80 years old I can honestly say that for explosive energy when coming out of the hole in deep squats or deadlifts,and even T-Bar rows . There is nothing like it. i take it some times before or after lifting and some times bothbefore and after. I dont take it the way most folks do. I put a 1/2 teaspoon in 1/4 glass of hot (boiling) water then fill the remainer of the 16 oz glass with cold water and drink it down. It is relatively taste less and can be taken that way with or without protein added to it. It is a miconized crystaline supplement that goes into solution rapidly in hot water. Remember to drink it within 1/2 hour after mixing otherwise it will begin to break down in creatinine which is its metabolite and will do nothing for your muscles and energy level. REMEMBER THIS !
