[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set of pliers has a lot to offer. Quality overall construction, well defined serrations on the jaws, and excellent tongue and groove channels. The pivot point is not sloppy and keeps the side play to a minimum aligning the jaws for better use. Their narrow width is useful in narrow cavities where space is a premium. This is NOT a heavy duty set of pliers. They are small and best used for more delicate work. This is not to say they are not substantial in their work effort to work production results. They are very useful in the right situation. These have been used in multiple hobbies and household projects with great success. Personally, the one shortcoming I have found is the spread of the handles when gripping. I have larger hands and find that the length and spread of the handles requires a more finger tipped clasp as opposed to a more palm centered grasp. It does require a bit of practice to find the best way to grip and utilize this pair of pliers. This is overcome quickly and does not detract from the ability to use the pliers as intended. I would recommend these pliers for hobbyists and anyone needing an effective set of pliers for a smaller or “delicate” usage.
