Okay in the beginning
Bought this because it says as you use it, things get better. Well, it's been two weeks after applying one and sometimes two times a day, and the first day or two, I felt a difference in my knees. Now I put it on most everyday, and there is no difference in my pain level. I will try it on my back and see what it does there. I bought something else on the net that has capsaicin and works great on my back, but when I put it on my knees the lotion invariably travels to my face and eyes, and I hate it. So, I tried my best, and will finish the tube, but probably won't re-order. Really desperate for pain relief.
