Crispy Sweet Chili Chicken: A delicious Asian-style meal ready in 30 minutes or less. Serves 4. Ingredients: 2 Large egg whites; 5 Tablespoons cornstarch; 1 Pound boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces; 1 Cup vegetable oil; 2 Teaspoons chopped garlic; 1/2 Cup fresh green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces; 1/2 Cup yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces; 2 Tablespoons water; 3/4 Cup La Choy Sweet Chili Sauce. Prepare: Whisk together egg whites and cornstarch in medium bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat to 375 degrees F. Fry chicken in batches until crispy, 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain on paper towel-lined plate. Set chicken aside. Carefully pour all but 1 tablespoon oil out of skillet into heat-proof container; discard extra oil. Add garlic, green beans, and pepper to skillet; stir in water. Cover and cook 2 minutes. Stir in chicken and sauce, cook until sauce is bubbling. Serve immediately.
