frustrating hassle and inconvenience

Love the product, dislike everything about your website. Only purchased this through Walmart because I received a gift card. Wouldn't let me continue shopping and had to purchase another item separately thus paid twice the shipping costs. Very frustrating and completely dissatisfied!
